Exercises for SLIM Fitness 2020 5k Virtual Challenge

​You can perform the 20 reps of the 20 exercises at any time during your 5k…you can choose to do all exercises before the 5k; you can choose to do all exercises after the 5k, or you can choose to intersperse exercises throughout your 5k.  The choice is yours!  Just ensure that you complete the 5k and 20 repetitions of 20 exercises in one continuous timeframe.  Refer below for the specific exercises to be performed.
