​Do I have to be an advanced exerciser to join?

No, our classes are perfect and tailored for all fitness levels. Our trainers/instructors make modifications based on your specific fitness level and/or injuries. Upon arrival please let your trainer/instructor of any injuries/medical issues that you are aware of prior to beginning class. 

I just had a baby, can I come workout?


It is advised that you speak to your doctor and receive clearance before beginning any exercise program. Once you have received clearance we would love for you to join us!

Do you allow kids to come and workout?

Yes, we are a family friendly fitness studio that loves when the whole family joins us. We have babies as young as 6-weeks old join mom and dad for the workouts. Workouts can be modified to hold baby or feel free to bring all the necessary baby carriers, toys and supplies you need. For toddlers, we have two separate play area filled with toys, books, art supplies and much more to keep them entertainer. For the older kids, they can workout with you for FREE. they can jump into the workout and learn the proper way to workout right along side of you.

What is the difference between personal training and master training?

​Personal Training is one-on-one with a certified personal trainer who specializes in a specific field such a weight loss, strength and conditioning, pre- and postnatal, etc. Master Training is one-on-one time with a certified personal trainer who has extensive knowledge and background in specific fields such as physical therapy, post rehabilitation and/or functional fitness.
