Personal TrainingPersonal Training provides one-on-one time with a certified personal trainer of your choice. SLIM Fitness has five certified Personal Trainers from which to choose – including Ashley Cowan-Wolcott, Kerry Lewis, Jessica Garcia, Tiffany Allen-Vargas and Master Trainer Stacy Lim. Each trainer – with her own unique training style – will help you attain your fitness goals by creating an individualized workout that is realistic, achievable and fun. Personal training sessions lasting for 30, 45 or 60 minutes are held outdoors in an environment that is comfortable, supportive and non-judgmental.

Family TrainingFamily Training offers you, along with one or more members of your family, private time with a SLIM Fitness' certified Personal Trainer. Each of our highly skilled and knowledgeable trainers are available for 30, 45 or 60 minute Family Training sessions and will provide specialized workouts to align with you and your family's fitness goals.

FREE Movement AssessmentIf you are considering Personal Training, SLIM Fitness offers a FREE Movement Assessment prior to your first training session. This approximately thirty minute assessment involves talking with a trainer about your health and goals, as well as performing several, simple exercises in order for the trainer to determine your range of motion, movement patterns and possible imbalances. Learning such information will guide the trainer in creating workouts customized just for you.
