Small Group Training
Small Group Training offers clients a unique way to exercise with others in a supportive, judgement-free environment. Such private training typically has specific start and end dates and is offered over a set timeframe (often over a four or five week period). Class size for Small Group Training is also limited to fewer participants than our traditional Group Classes - for instance, 4-6 clients instead of 10-15. This allows for more personalized interaction between trainer and client. In addition, the programming and scheduling for Small Group Training changes more frequently than our standard Group Classes.
