Small Group Training Pricing
SLIM Fitness offers multiple Small Group Training programs. Choose the option that best fits your needs, schedule and budget.
This eight-class series welcomes your return to working out! While it may have been difficult - or near impossible - for you to exercise during the pandemic, it's now time to "get back to it". This series will help you ease back into exercise by reacquianting yourself with strength training, aerobic fitness, balance and flexibility. Classes are small in size and held in a supportive, judgement-free environment. Attend this in-person series to help you reestablish a workout routine and enjoy doing it!
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:00-1:00pm
First sessions starts December 14th & ends January 11th (no class on December 30th)
The next session starts January 13th and ends on February 10th (with no class on February 1st).
These classes focus on the technical aspects of Olympic and power lifting. Clients will get in-depth instruction focusing on explosive and compound lifts such as The Clean, Snatch, and Jerk. Due to the personal instruction required for such weightlifting, class size is limited.
