FREE Movement Assessment
If you are considering training with a Personal Trainer, SLIM Fitness offers a FREE Movement Assessment prior to your first training session. This 30-45 minute assessment involves talking with a trainer about your health and goals, as well as performing several, simple exercises in order for the trainer to determine your range of motion, movement patterns and possible imbalances. Learning such information will guide the trainer in creating workouts customized just for you.
